It should show up as an icon near the upper-left corner of the iTunes app. It should contain one line: TLSv10 = enable (there's a space on both sides of the = sign)Ģ) If you don't already have it, download & install the latest version of iTunes to the computer and run it.ģ) Plug in the iPhone/iPad.
